Your Assignment Your work tasks will consist of assessment, treatment, follow-up, and training of both young people and adults with symptoms, diseases, and injuries in the musculoskeletal and support systems, central and peripheral nervous system, and psychosomatic conditions. As a physical therapist, you have independent responsibility for assessment and treatment at both individual and group levels, where choice of interventions should be based on available evidence and existing guidelines. Your Competence We are seeking you as a licensed physical therapist and we would appreciate it if you have previous experience working in primary care. You must understand the importance of good patient flow at the health center, and the work requires that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team with other professional disciplines, but also that you have the ability to work independently. As a person, you are clear in your communication and structured in your work approach. You like to think innovatively, and this can also be implemented in practice. You have good teaching abilities and can easily create contact with both patients and colleagues. Personal suitability is of great importance.
