About Us Kungsgatan 39 is an LSS residential facility located in the green surroundings of Furulund just outside Kävlinge. The facility serves persons in category 1 and has 6 apartments. About the Position We are now looking for residential support workers as substitutes for our operations. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will: Provide individual support, care, and service assistance Plan and carry out activities with the resident Perform delegated health and medical care tasks Terms of Employment Working hours vary with shifts during day, evening, and weekends. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to the collective agreement. Employment begins by agreement. Who Are You?
