We welcome you to apply for the position of child care provider in the Mossle area in the western part of Värnamo town, with placement at Mossle preschool. The preschool has four departments, two for younger children and two for older children. With us, you will be part of developing a challenging learning environment, working with children in smaller groups, and we place great importance on being present adults who discover and explore together with the children.
Duties
As a child care provider, you work according to the curriculum guidelines together with preschool teachers. You and your work team actively and systematically work with pedagogical planning, observation, documentation, reflection, follow-up, and analysis. Together with preschool teachers, you create a solid foundation for children's development and learning based on a stimulating and creative learning environment in education and teaching. The approach is based on you being a happy, supportive, and co-exploring educator together with the children. You should have a trusting and close collaboration with guardians and colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with child care provider training and good insight into the preschool's pedagogical mission, as well as competence to work with digital tools for documentation.
You have a pedagogical approach that combines professional care, education, and teaching. Your cooperation is based on the curriculum and the municipality's values, where you work with people at the center, development, respect, work satisfaction, and collaboration.
You have a positive attitude and are solution-focused, with the ability to adapt and meet each day in different ways than what may have been originally planned.
We want you to enclose a personal letter and CV where you also present yourself and share your thoughts about your working methods and background. We place great importance on personal suitability and want you to master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
Terms
The position is filled subject to necessary decisions being made.
In Värnamo municipality, all permanent full-time positions are advertised. If you instead wish part-time and the operation can accommodate a lower level of employment, that is of course a possibility.
