Job Description Road Operations Worker At Lambertsson, we operate a broad range of services and offer our customers total solutions and services in equipment rental, temporary power, modules, and traffic control devices. We now need to strengthen our team on the Traffic Control side with a Road Operations Worker for our operations in Malmö. About the Position As a Road Operations Worker, you will primarily work with the delivery, setup, and removal of traffic control materials, barriers, and other safety devices at our customers' locations. You will also be responsible for rental, maintenance, and handling of traffic control materials at our depots. In this role, you will have daily contact with customers, both at work sites and at the depot. In addition to providing high-quality service, you are expected to act as an advisor and help customers choose the right traffic and safety solutions based on their needs. Since we work as a team, we support each other as needed, which means that other tasks may also arise. Together, we create a safe, efficient, and professional customer experience from start to finish. About You We are looking for someone with experience in similar work tasks and preferably previous experience working with traffic control materials or in road operations. You have a strong focus on safety and quality, take responsibility for your work, and enjoy collaborating with others. As a person, you are proactive and see what needs to be done. You work in a structured manner, value organization and order, and actively contribute to creating good teamwork. You have a strong customer focus and enjoy delivering top-notch service.
