Nyckeln Clinic, Nyköping Take the next step – become an Assistant Clinic Director! We are now seeking an Assistant Clinic Director for Nyckeln – a development-focused clinic offering broad general dentistry, specialized services, and high odontological quality. The Role As Assistant Clinic Director, you will work closely with the Clinic Director and contribute to leading, organizing, and developing the clinic's operations. You will support the daily management work, create structure and favorable conditions for staff and patients, while maintaining a strong connection to clinical practice. Is This You? You are a licensed dentist or dental hygienist who wants to develop in a leadership role. You are confident in your profession, communicate well, and have the ability to build trust, engagement, and good collaborations. To succeed in the role, you need to be organized, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have an interest in leadership and business development and enjoy working closely with colleagues, patients, and the Clinic Director. Experience in leadership, mentoring, or improvement work is a merit. It is also an advantage if you have more than five years of experience as a dentist or dental hygienist. Great weight is placed on personal suitability, particularly your collaboration skills, your judgment, and your willingness to contribute to the clinic's continued development.
