The Social Services Department in Stockholm City has an overarching and coordinating role for social services' individual and family care and the disability services area. The area includes activities such as emergency housing, supported housing, Housing First, Gamlebo care and service housing, pilot and training apartments, as well as the collection team. As a development secretary, you have overall responsibility for driving the area's development work together with area managers, unit managers, and the area's staff. Your work includes working in the city's management system - ILS, activity follow-up - VoR, and systematic quality work. You write the area's joint planning and follow-up documents and follow them up during the year. Your work also includes research assignments, environmental monitoring regarding, for example, legislation and new target groups, compiling presentations/material about the activities, and certain administrative tasks.
