Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a committed and responsible employee for our residential support services.
Residential support provides support services to people living in their own homes. The service's mission is based on the individual's need for support and services and how to design them. This can include supporting the individual in their daily life with, for example, structure in the home, help with household tasks, healthcare and administrative contacts, and breaking social isolation. Support is provided with a focus on developing the individual's own abilities, participation, and self-determination. Services are based on being motivating and supportive, while being adapted to the individual's current situation.
The work also includes collaborating well with all the people you come into contact with daily and being a good colleague while contributing to a good psychosocial work environment.

About the Workplace
The Social Affairs Department's main mission is to offer individually adapted support and services within elderly care, disability services, children and families, adults, and financial assistance. We are present for municipal residents throughout all stages of life.
The Social Support Department offers services to children, young people, adults, families, and elderly people in need of support, with a focus on promoting health, strengthening participation, and preventing problems from deepening. Services include both needs-assessed services under the Social Services Act and non-assessed services.
We place great emphasis on meeting each individual with respect and encourage people to take personal responsibility. Together we build trust by being engaged, open, courageous, and respectful in all our interactions.
What We Are Looking For in You
To succeed in this role, you have:
a degree as a mental health nurse or other education deemed equivalent
experience from work in forensic psychiatric care and/or experience from work in psychiatric care
relevant experience working with adults with functional variations
good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
basic computer skills as documentation is part of the work
a B-category driver's license
It is a merit if you have:
care education with a focus on disability or other education that the employer deems equivalent
knowledge of mental health issues
knowledge of comorbidity
knowledge of substance abuse issues
knowledge of low-arousal approaches and motivational work
knowledge of clarifying pedagogy
knowledge of Housing First
