This is a full-time position with a 5–4 night shift schedule. About the Role As Deputy Shift Supervisor, you are an important part of the operational management within night operations. You work closely with both customers and employees and help ensure that our assignments are carried out with high quality, professionalism, and customer service awareness. The role consists mainly of two parts: Work operatively within patrol and rapid response activities. Step in as deputy shift supervisor during illness, leave, or other absences. It is therefore important that you have good knowledge of the operations and work team and can quickly step up and take on greater responsibility when the situation requires it. You will be an important part of ensuring stable, secure, and well-functioning operations. Your Main Responsibilities Lead, support, and motivate employees in daily work Plan, allocate, and follow up on work tasks Ensure that routines, instructions, and quality requirements are followed Handle deviations and make decisions in operational situations Be an important contact person for customers and partners Contribute to the development of operations and our working methods Support the regular shift supervisor in daily operations When needed, take on greater operational responsibility and ensure business continuity We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Make a Difference You are a confident and natural leader who is motivated by creating results through others.
