Technical Site Manager

About the Role As Site Manager, you will lead the technical operations of both buildings and industrial facilities at the site. We deliver real estate technical and industry-related services with a clear focus on technical aspects. Services are primarily performed by our own personnel. You will report to the Business Area Manager and be part of the region's management team. This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Your main areas of responsibility include: Ensure operational reliability, functionality, and optimization of building installations, such as ventilation, heating/cooling, electrical, control systems, and other industrial systems. Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements, particularly in industrial environments. Who We're Looking For We are seeking someone with a clear technical background and extensive experience working in a large and complex industrial and production environment. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Solid experience from technical operations environments – for example, industry, real estate technology, energy, or production. Documented experience leading technical teams, preferably with responsibility for both Hard FM and industrial operations. Very good knowledge of building installations, energy efficiency, troubleshooting, technical regulations, and regulatory requirements. Experience analyzing operational data, monitoring energy performance, and driving improvement initiatives. Experience developing customer relationships in technical environments and acting as an advisor on operational and maintenance matters. Post-secondary education with a technical focus (e.g., real estate technology, electrical/automation, energy, HVAC, industrial technology, or similar). Experience managing managers. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, and high digital maturity. As a person, you are a confident, communicative, and solution-oriented technical leader. You build relationships through accessibility and clarity, while driving results through structure and technical understanding. The clinic is fully equipped and currently operated by a competent team consisting of two dentists, two dental nurses, and two dental hygienists. As a part-owner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. As part of the role, you are responsible for the clinic's financial results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome. Responsibilities You lead and allocate work for staff You work clinically as a dentist Staff management, goal-setting and development discussions, and salary reviews Recruitment as needed Ensure that staff has sufficient knowledge and work with competency development Responsibility for the work environment Qualifications Licensed dentist 3-5 years of professional work experience Strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Personal Qualities We are looking for you who is a trained dentist.
