Key Responsibilities Strategic Requirement Specifications and Needs Analysis: Map and analyze the need for new biomedical equipment together with operations managers and subject matter experts. Your Background We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the connections between technology, IT systems, security regulations, and clinical practice. You understand the importance of anchoring in daily work and have a pronounced pedagogical ability to explain, support, and engage employees in changes and new procedures. Qualifications Relevant education in biomedical engineering, engineering science, veterinary medicine/healthcare, or equivalent. Experience with biomedical equipment: Documented experience working with biomedical equipment, preferably from healthcare, veterinary medicine, or related technical/clinical environments. Requirement Specifications and Procurement: Practical experience with needs analysis, requirement specifications, and implementation of equipment (for example, diagnostic imaging, anesthesia equipment, or autoclaves). Project Management: Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects and processes from needs identification through implementation and follow-up.
