Ystad Hospital is now seeking an engaged business development manager who wants to take a central role in developing healthcare services. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a business development manager, you are responsible for planning, driving, and following up on projects and development initiatives at Ystad Hospital. You support managers and operations in development matters and in implementing new working methods, processes, and procedures. You lead workshops and working groups linked to development initiatives and support employees and managers in planning and leading their own projects and applying various improvement tools.
You conduct current state analyses and environmental monitoring to identify development opportunities. Your work includes presenting results, analyses, and proposals to management groups and other stakeholders.
The role includes monitoring goals and assignments as well as reporting and compiling reports. You work closely with managers, colleagues, and other key functions, and collaborate with different departments and professional groups to create coherence and engagement.
The work tasks in this role vary in both scope and complexity. As you work independently in this position, you take responsibility for structuring and prioritizing your workday based on operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with relevant higher education or university degree, for example in healthcare, social sciences, or similar. You have strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have knowledge of and experience with process and/or project management, sorting and applying various analysis and improvement models/tools, and compiling and documenting materials/reports. Furthermore, we see that you have experience in business development within healthcare or within regional development. It is a merit if you have experience in change management and production planning.
As a person, we see that you are engaged, flexible, have strong communication skills, and are good at building and maintaining relationships. Additionally, we see that you have a good ability for holistic thinking, are structured, analytical, pragmatic, and constantly strive for development. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
