About Us Mora Park Foundation is a non-profit organization that operates schools and LSS residences for children and young people with various functional variations. Mora Park's LSS residences offer accommodation for children and young people according to 9§8 LSS in two beautiful natural settings in Järna and Hölö. We have 4 residences where children and young people live full-time until they finish primary/secondary school. Knowledge and Experience - Work to increase children's participation, integrity, independence, and self-determination. - Good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Good computer skills, experience with documentation. - Experience working in care and support - Experience with educational aids and low-impact communication approaches. - Experience working with complex support needs. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Examples of Work Tasks Household chores such as cleaning, shopping, cooking Documentation and reporting Outings, walks, training, and other activities Personal care, such as hygiene, showering, toilet visits, and social support Support and motivate children toward increased independence in daily life Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like you to enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. We also value someone who is easy to collaborate with and has the ability to be flexible and responsive when needed. · We prefer candidates who are nursing assistants, mental health nurses, or have other equivalent education. · It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience working with LSS and have care experience. · We would appreciate it if you have experience working with low-impact communication approaches and can apply this in practice when working with our children and young people.
