Do You Think You're Too Shy to Work in Sales?
Do you think you're too shy to work in sales? Then I want you to keep reading. 15 years ago, I would never have applied for this job. At least that was my immediate feeling. I was very shy. Calling people I'd never met? Never in a million years. I was convinced that sales was for people who loved being in the spotlight and could talk to anyone. I was wrong. It turned out that sales isn't about being the one who talks the most. It's about listening. Asking questions. Understanding people. And that can be learned. I took a job in sales, somewhat reluctantly if I'm being honest. Today, 15 years later, I run my own sales company and have had the opportunity to build an amazing team. That's why I want to write this ad. Because I know there's someone out there thinking: "I could never do a job like that." I thought that too. With us, you don't need to know how to sell from day one. It's our job to teach you. You'll get training from day one. Coaching every day. Support from colleagues who were once beginners themselves. And you'll develop both personally and professionally. We're not looking for the loudest person. We're looking for someone who wants to become a little better than yesterday and has the will to work for it. Someone who dares to give themselves a chance. You'll represent one of Sweden's largest brands in mobile phones together with a team that will support you every step of the way. Maybe you're exactly who you don't yet believe you can become. If you recognize yourself in this, I hope you'll submit an application. It could be the beginning of something that changes much more than just your job. Open to Everyone We focus on your skills, not your other circumstances. We're open to adapting the role or workplace to suit your needs.
