You drive projects from kickoff meeting to handover and are responsible for planning, execution, follow-up, and profitability. You create production planning with budget, resource, and time schedules, lead the project organization through the entire execution phase, and maintain close dialogue with the client. Your focus is clear: a safe, efficient, and profitable project – with a satisfied customer and engaged employees. The role also includes responsibility for quality, environment, and work environment, as well as ensuring the project is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and our management system (ISO). Who are you? To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Several years of experience as a Site Manager Solid knowledge of construction work, planning, production estimates, and construction law Extensive experience with financial follow-up But equally important is how you lead. You are a clear, present, and confident leader who motivates, supports, and develops your team. You enjoy communicating and build trust through dialogue with both employees and clients. You express yourself fluently in speech and writing in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, as documentation is a central part of our projects.
