About the Role As Group Accounting Manager, you will have a key role in the group's finance function and will be responsible for group accounting in an international group with approximately 60 subsidiaries in 14 countries. You will report to the Group CFO. The role suits someone who is confident in their expertise, has a structured approach to work, and appreciates working independently in a well-organized environment. You will be responsible for ensuring a correct and quality-assured consolidation and reporting process in accordance with IFRS. The group's reporting is done in Aaro. As Group Accounting Manager, you will ensure an efficient reporting process and contribute with analyses and monitoring of the group's financial results. Key Responsibilities Responsible for group accounting and consolidation in accordance with IFRS Ensure quality and accuracy in the group's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle group eliminations and monitor reporting from the group's subsidiaries Quality assurance of reported financial information and analysis of currency effects Work in and develop the group's reporting process in Aaro Ensure correct handling of, among other things, IFRS 16 and IFRS 15 and other relevant accounting standards Responsible for cash flow analysis Participate in the work with annual reports and the group's external financial reporting Provide qualified support to subsidiaries and other parts of the finance organization on group accounting matters Responsible for integration of new companies and participate in acquisition accounting work Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, procedures, and internal controls within group accounting Qualifications We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance or equivalent, plus several years of experience in qualified group accounting in an international group or from an audit firm specializing in larger groups. We would like to see that you have: Academic education in finance Very good knowledge of accounting Solid experience in group accounting in accordance with IFRS Experience with consolidation in large international groups Very good understanding of group accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with group reporting systems – experience with Aaro is a merit Good knowledge of Excel Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing It is a merit if you have experience with PE-owned companies, acquisition analyses, and integration of acquired companies About You We are looking for someone who is confident and experienced in group accounting with the ability to work independently and take full responsibility for group accounting and reporting.
