About Us IFO Children and Youth is part of Individual and Family Services, which is included in the municipality's Care sector. The activities include investigation work and outpatient services provided in-house. Those of us working at the unit have assignments as intake function staff, investigators, child welfare officers, and foster care coordinators. The unit includes five family counselors, two of whom work as family counselors/youth supporters. We are a dedicated team of employees with various experiences in social work that provides broad expertise. You will be part of the investigation team with a senior social worker who leads and supports you in the process for which you as a case handler are responsible for investigations of children and youth according to SoL and LVU legislation. As part of the investigation team, you will follow a schedule and as needed provide support to cover on-call duties for the intake function. You will join a unit where we help each other.
