About the Role In this role, you'll become an important part of building and completing large steel structures. You will, among other things: Build, fit, and complete steel structures according to drawings and specifications Work with large components and projects where understanding the big picture is important Collaborate with experienced colleagues in welding, assembly, and production Participate in improvement initiatives regarding quality, workflow, and work environment Document and report work in our systems Welding is an important and significant part of the role, but we don't require you to be a trained or certified welder when you start with us. If you have the right attitude, practical hands-on skills, and willingness to learn, we'll help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role. You'll receive proper introduction and training. We'll help you grow into the role and develop the necessary competencies. We're Looking for You If You: Have practical experience in construction, assembly, workshop, manufacturing, or similar work Have previous experience building and fitting large structures from drawings Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented with a focus on quality Are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment and collaborates well with colleagues · Are flexible and thrive in a project-driven operation where tasks vary. It's a plus if you have welding experience, but it's not a requirement. What matters most is that you have the right attitude, practical understanding, and willingness to learn.
