Språkcentrum's operations aim to maintain and develop children and young people's multilingualism and contribute to increased goal achievement for students whose native language is not Swedish. As a teacher at Språkcentrum, you are mobile and work at several schools in the municipality. Job Duties The work consists of native language instruction and study support in the native language for students in Stockholm schools. Teaching is mainly in primary school grades F-9, but it is desirable to be able to teach at the upper secondary level as well. You collaborate with colleagues and have teaching assignments at multiple schools. Qualifications We view native language instruction and study support as a very important part of student language development and goal achievement. Language-developing working methods in all subjects are therefore a high priority. We expect you to have a holistic view of student learning and be curious about developing your profession with us. We are now seeking a family therapist for the Follow-up Care project with high accessibility for youth at risk of criminality. The project is a joint effort between Hässelby-Vällingby, Skärholmen, Järva, and Enskede-Årsta-Vantör. Together, the districts work to develop support for youth at risk of criminality and improve transitions between different forms of care. This is a project position that runs through December 2027. Welcome to us You will become part of the Department of Individual and Family, where we work to provide support to children, young people, and adults when life is difficult. We also work preventively to ensure that the right support is in place at the right time. With us, you will meet engaged and knowledgeable colleagues who value collaboration, care, and close leadership. Humor and community are a natural part of our daily work. Within the department, you will be part of the Children and Youth – Placement and Open Care area, which consists of approximately 70 employees. The area works with both placement matters and various forms of open care for children and young people. Your workplace will be Open Care Unit 2, where 22 employees work with intensive family therapy, MST, crisis support, and follow-up care, among other things. Here there is broad treatment expertise and a systemic approach. This means we view the youth's situation in a larger context and take into account family, network, and other important aspects of the youth's life. Part of the work takes place together with social workers in a crisis team. The team meets with young people who have recently been detained and provides support to the youth, family, and any siblings. The work also includes providing support in connection with court proceedings. The project has flexible working hours and the position involves on-call duty.
