About the Role of Area Manager As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, you'll have personnel responsibility for a group of collectively employed staff members who deliver our services to customers. You lead and support your team while being responsible for a number of corporate customers and working to build long-term and strong customer relationships. By creating a positive and service-oriented experience for both customers and employees, you contribute to high customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitable development for your region. In the role, you're responsible for everything from scheduling and resource planning to staffing, recruitment, and customer communication. You handle various questions and matters daily and work proactively to find solutions that meet both customers' and the business's needs. An important part of the role is developing our existing corporate customers and creating new business opportunities. You work with customer development and upselling, conduct customer meetings, and prepare calculations and profitability assessments to find the right structure for both the customer and Hemfrid. You also represent Hemfrid locally and build relationships through networking and business events. Together with your team, you work toward common goals and create engagement, quality, and growth. We're looking for someone who combines care and clarity in your leadership with drive, structure, and business focus toward our customers. You enjoy working closely with people but also with numbers, goal tracking, and problem-solving. You create trust in the team while developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. To thrive in the role, we believe you're relationship-building and solution-oriented and feel comfortable taking initiative in customer dialogue. You have good analytical skills and are motivated by working toward clearly defined goals. Key Requirements Experience with team leadership and/or personnel responsibility Strong service sense and ability to build long-term customer relationships Driver's license (category B) Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written Previous experience in B2B, for example in sales, customer responsibility, or business development, is a merit Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system is a merit Recruitment Process Have you read this far?
