Our headquarters is located at Tulegatan 11 in Stockholm. About the Role At Hemfrid, Area Managers hold full personnel responsibility for our collectively employed staff in the field. In this part-time role, you will work closely with them and serve as important support in their daily work. Since this is a part-time position, you will not have formal personnel responsibility. However, you will become a key person in supporting personnel administration matters, customer issues, and the day-to-day operational flow. You will help create structure, relieve the team, and ensure that both employees and customers receive quick and professional assistance. Your responsibilities include: Ongoing administrative work Customer contact via phone and email Support with personnel matters, such as scheduling, absences, and practical questions Relief to Area Managers in day-to-day operational work Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you – a student who wants to combine your studies with a rewarding part-time job. You are service-oriented, organized, and thrive in a role with many points of contact. As a person, you are solution-focused and flexible, take great personal responsibility for your work, and are self-driven in advancing your tasks. You feel confident in interactions with both customers and colleagues and have an easy time building trusting relationships. Requirements: Previous experience with customer contact and relationship-building work Good communication skills Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Practical Information We are primarily looking for someone who can work approximately one day per week as a starting point. The employment level may vary from week to week and month to month depending on workload and any absences in the team. During the summer period, there are also good opportunities to work more – both part-time and full-time.
