The Honor & Protection Unit offers, on behalf of social services, to investigate and assess protection needs and provide protection and care to individuals who need placement due to an external threat. Our primary target group is young people aged 14-18 who are subjected to or risk being subjected to honor-related violence and oppression. These young people are placed in our protected residential care facility. We also have the ability to provide protection for adults in our apartments throughout Skaraborg, and the reason for the protection need can vary, from honor to intimate partner violence or connection to gang crime or other types of crime. You will be one of 4 residential care workers working shifts with overnight sleeping on-call at the facility.
