YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a quality engineer at Paroc, you work closely with production with a focus on ensuring and developing product and process quality. You analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Analyze quality data and process results
Follow up on deviations and drive improvement measures
Collaborate with operators, technicians, and maintenance functions
Participate in test runs, projects, and change initiatives
Work in systems and tools for analysis, monitoring, and quality management
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining an analytical approach with close collaboration in the operations. You report to the plant's quality manager and become an important part of the continued development work at the facility in Hällekis.
WHO ARE YOU?
We're looking for someone with an engineering degree and experience from manufacturing industry. You have a good understanding of production processes and are driven to develop, improve, and streamline methods and results.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
Experience with quality work and process control
Experience analyzing data and driving improvement initiatives
A structured and systematic approach to work
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Good computer skills and experience with analysis tools
It's a merit if you have experience with MES systems, statistical analysis, TPM, or quality tools such as SPC and FMEA.
As a person, you are analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to translate analyses into concrete improvements and enjoy collaborating with different functions to reach common goals.
