As an assistance provider, we work for our service users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our service users live their own lives as they wish, with the support of their personal assistants. You who apply for this position should be thorough, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at following instructions. You should be able to work both independently and in a team. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your work tasks, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking initiative on your own. It is also important that you are attentive to what the service user wants and needs. We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant. You do not need any previous experience, as the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what working as a personal assistant entails. As a personal assistant, you should help the service user with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is where the service user is located, such as at home, school, and activities. You should be the service user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility assistance, cleaning, cooking, and other household tasks. Working hours are varied, and you should be able to work days, evenings, and weekends. You should have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as we have documentation requirements. This position applies to both full-time and part-time employment.
