Feel free to read more about the benefits and perks we offer at Närhälsan: Link to our website About the Work Your work tasks at the health center span a broad range of work and include the general medical field where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, home visits, digital care meetings and at the clinic. Work is carried out through both acute and planned activities. You work largely independently, triaging, treating and following up patients. We work with a booking center; patients you assess need a planned contact with a doctor you book them there. The booking center is an efficient way of working that means you don't have to search for available times in the doctor's schedules. You get a structured workday without stress over fully booked schedules, where each patient is assessed and booked at the right level. The position also includes working as a care coordinator at approximately 40%. As a care coordinator, you are part of our Mental Health team together with a Psychologist, PTP-Psychologist, rehabilitation coordinator and occupational therapist. You will be involved in making the initial assessment of patients who come to us for mental health services. You will also work with structured follow-up of patients who are newly started on antidepressant medication, as well as conduct certain support conversations. It is a merit if you have experience working in primary care. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills and can effectively prioritize your work tasks. In your work you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive and have a willingness to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call relevant candidates for a telephone interview.
