We are looking for someone who takes time to listen to your client's needs and is responsive and humble. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach. We would like to see that you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities. You enjoy working with established routines but can also make independent decisions when needed based on the person's needs and wishes. You have a good sense of humor and the ability to sense the mood of the person you are working with.
