We are now seeking personal assistants for a client living in Norrköping. About the Personal Assistant Position As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the client is located, and your main tasks involve assisting the client so they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Work Tasks Your work tasks depend on the client's needs and lifestyle. They can include everything from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking, to assisting the client at work or during activities outside the home. We Are Looking for You If: We seek someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction from the client and have access to training about the role of personal assistant. To be able to communicate with our client, Estonian must be your native language. About the Employment The employment is temporary for the duration of the assistance assignment, and compensation is hourly. Work hours vary according to the client's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays as well as weekends. Salary and other employment terms are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
