About the Position As Consultant Manager with recruitment responsibility, you'll have a varied role where you're responsible for the entire staffing and recruitment process – from initial client contact to follow-up after placement. You'll work closely with both clients and consultants and become a key person ensuring the right person lands in the right place. The role combines recruitment, client responsibility, sales, personnel management, and administration, making it both diverse and developmental. You'll have significant autonomy where you work closely with the business, focusing on creating long-term client relationships, developing existing business, and ensuring high quality in our deliverables. Your Tasks In the role, you will, among other things: Manage and develop existing client relationships while actively working on new client acquisition, sales, and establishing long-term partnerships to grow the business. Manage budget, utilization, and profitability within your client and consultant portfolio and work toward set targets. Drive the entire recruitment process – from job requirements, advertising, and search to interviews, reference checks, and placement. Attract and match the right candidates to our clients' needs through proactive recruitment work. Have personnel responsibility for your consultants through coaching, follow-up, development conversations, employment law matters, and ongoing dialogue. Plan, staff, and schedule consultants to ensure high quality and excellent delivery to our clients. Handle administration related to recruitment, staffing, contracts, employment law, and personnel matters. Contribute to the office's continued growth through a business-oriented approach and strong customer focus. You have a talent for building relationships, enjoy taking responsibility, and have a natural sense for service and business. We'd like you to have: Academic degree in HR, economics, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience. Experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, client responsibility, or personnel management. Strong administrative skills and a structured work approach. Ability to prioritize and make decisions even when the pace is high. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and good knowledge of English. A valid driver's license (Class B). Who Are You? Location: Norrköping or Linköping A valid driver's license (Class B) is required. This is a parental leave replacement contract for at least 9 months. Our intention is for this to transition into a permanent position over time, provided the business need remains and the collaboration works well.
