Job Coach / Job Matcher, Part-time Position in Linköping

As a job matcher, you are an important part of the company's delivery department. Your work involves delivering a high level of service, primarily within our "rusta och matcha" (prepare and match) department as a job coach. You will be part of a results-focused team driven by simplicity and commitment in their daily work. You'll become part of a great group of colleagues who care about spreading joy in the workplace. Your tasks include: - Coaching sessions with participants - Scheduling participants - Holding group meetings for your participants - Scheduling consultants as needed Start is planned for September or October but can be adjusted based on your availability and our operations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're seeking someone who is results-oriented, self-driven, takes initiative, and is action-oriented. You are passionate about meeting people, you are organized, and you are used to prioritizing your work. You have strong ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, you are responsive, maintain a professional demeanor with participants, candidates, and consultants. Your work involves high service levels and quality, both internally and externally, as it's important for both participants and candidates to have as positive an experience as possible in, for example, a coaching meeting. You will work at our Linköping office and receive participants who are residents of Linköping. It is therefore advantageous if you have good local knowledge. Ideally, you are also a resident of Linköping. This is a hourly position. Since our workload varies significantly, the need for help can vary from week to week. Some days you may need to be on site full days, other days it might be 4 hours, but we expect you to have a "regular day" each week, although there is of course flexibility. We're therefore seeking someone with a strong interest in people and who is looking for a position alongside their studies for at least one year going forward. Requirements You must have completed courses or a program related to the position with at least 180 higher education credits to be eligible for the job coach position, as the Employment Agency has these requirements for those working with participants in the "rusta och matcha" program. You must have ongoing education or other employment. We would like you to have at least 1 year remaining in your studies, or if you have other work, we're looking for someone with the ambition to be with us for at least 1 year. Meritorious We consider it a merit if you have industry experience and have worked in this field before, but it is not a requirement. Does this sound like you?
