About the position Work location: Norrköping and surrounding area Work hours: Irregular hours and shift work may occur Employment type: Fixed-term employment (full-time) Start date: Immediately / by agreement As a CNC operator, you will work monitoring and running CNC-controlled machines, ensuring that production follows drawings, measurements, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform ongoing checks, and make adjustments as needed. The work also involves following procedures, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable. About you As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and organized, with the ability to maintain focus even at a fast pace. You work methodically, solve problems in a calm and thoughtful manner, and don't hesitate to ask questions when needed. You thrive in an environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are central, and you contribute to a positive work climate by being helpful, communicative, and easy to work with. Since the work involves shift work, we would like you to be flexible with working hours.
