About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT project manager for a complex and business-critical IT landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for governance, planning, and structure in IT projects, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed-upon time, budget, and quality. You will lead and coordinate the project's resources and work actively to create conditions for efficient and successful delivery. Requirements: University or college degree in IT, engineering, data, systems science, or equivalent, or alternatively at least 10 years of relevant work experience in IT. At least 10 years of experience as an IT project manager with responsibility for software development projects. At least 6 years of experience working with requirements specification and needs analysis, for example by initiating, leading, and facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into functional and non-functional IT requirements. At least 6 years of experience working according to established project and governance models, such as PPS, PROPS, or similar. At least 4 years of experience with business-critical IT systems with high information security requirements. At least 2 years of experience working as an IT project manager or equivalent role in an agile organization. Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
