Main responsibilities
Your role will involve delivering the best possible service to all our customers. In a positive, humble, and professional manner, you listen to the customer's needs and then find the best possible solution. You contribute strongly to sales, but have no explicit sales responsibility. Your job is to demonstrate the vehicles and their technical features and interact with the customer by showing, guiding, explaining, and inspiring.
Through your trustworthy and pleasant demeanor, you build good and long-term customer relationships. This is a qualified role that creates added value for the brand and the customer. You will receive comprehensive training that gives you the right prerequisites for the role. You will also be responsible for training and updating information for other staff.
What we're looking for
We hope you have an interest and curiosity about the automotive industry. Knowledge of Vroom analytics, industry experience, and product training are a plus. A driver's license (Class B) and good computer skills are required. You speak Swedish and English well, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are positive, humble, and engaged in everything you take on. You listen and sense the needs of each customer, and in this way you create long-term relationships. Your fundamental attitude is that you want to do your absolute best, but should a mistake occur, you see it as a way to grow and develop going forward.
Employment type, scope, location
Provisional employment for six months followed by a permanent position. The position is full-time in Segeltorp and weekend work is included according to schedule. The selection process is ongoing, so we would appreciate it if you submit your application as soon as possible.
