About the Assignment
We are looking for an experienced requirements analyst who wants to take a central role in a business development project.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and driving requirements work through different phases of the project. You will work closely with the business to map and analyze needs and translate them into clear, structured, and testable requirements.
The work encompasses both functional and non-functional requirements, and you will be responsible for ensuring that requirements are documented, quality-assured, and followed up throughout the entire project lifecycle.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, such as business representatives, project management, development teams, and other specialists.
Over time, the assignment may also be expanded to include responsibility for test management and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and drive requirements work in business development projects.
Map, analyze, and document business needs.
Develop, structure, and quality-assure functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure that requirements are clear, testable, traceable, and can be followed up.
Facilitate workshops and other activities to identify and specify business needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, testers, and other relevant parties.
Manage and follow up on requirements throughout the development and change process.
Contribute to structure, prioritization, and quality in the project's requirements work.
When needed, contribute to test management and quality assurance.
Requirements
Substantial experience taking responsibility for and driving requirements work in business development projects.
Experience working with regulatory requirements, compliance requirements, and other governing frameworks.
Experience from regulated or complex organizations.
Certification in an established requirements methodology, such as IREB, CBAP, or equivalent.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for requirements and issue management.
Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
Ability to create structure and drive work forward in complex environments.
Strong analytical ability and ability to understand both details and the bigger picture.
