The position will likely include hypothesis formulation, setting up and conducting forward genetic screens with C. elegans and pathway characterization using combinations of genetic interaction studies, microscopy, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, and other methods. You will contribute your expertise in sequence analysis of genomic NGS datasets and participate in developing entirely new tools and bioinformatic methods both locally and nationally, addressing both clinical and research questions. Responsibilities As a bioinformatician at BDC, you will work in various interdisciplinary teams on multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications You must have a master's degree in bioinformatics, molecular biology, or equivalent.
