Lumibird Photonics Sweden is now seeking a Quality, Environment, and Sustainability Manager who wants to help further develop the company's work in quality, environment, and sustainability. About the Role As Quality and Environment Manager, you will have a central role in the operation with responsibility for developing and managing Lumibird's integrated management system and driving the company's work in quality, environment, and sustainability. You will work closely with management, production, engineering, and procurement while maintaining many external contacts with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies. The role is both strategic and operational, where you develop management systems, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements and standards. You will become an important part of Lumibird's continued development and have the opportunity to influence how the operation approaches quality, environment, occupational health, and sustainability. Your Main Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and managing the company's integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and NIS2/ISO27001. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards, where relevant. Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification and customer audits. Lead deviation management and complaint investigations using 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, and other structured problem-solving methods. Drive risk analyses, root cause analyses, and continuous improvements throughout the operation. Responsible for the company's quality and environment work and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Develop the company's sustainability initiatives, including work with EcoVadis, ESG, and preparations for CSRD/ESRS. Monitor and analyze quality, environment, and sustainability targets and report key metrics to management. Educate and support the organization in quality, environment, and sustainability. Serve as the company's contact person for quality, environment, and sustainability with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies. About You We are looking for an engaged and driven Quality, Environment, and Sustainability Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our integrated management system and contribute to our continued development. As Quality, Environment, and Sustainability Manager, you work closely with management, production, procurement, engineering, and our customers. The role is both strategic and operational, which means you develop our management systems while driving improvement initiatives in daily operations. We see that you have: Relevant university education or equivalent experience Several years of experience with quality work in manufacturing industry Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Experience with integrated management systems Experience with internal and external audits Good knowledge of deviation management, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and risk analyses Experience with continuous improvements and process development Experience with sustainability work and preferably EcoVadis as well as knowledge of CSRD and ESRS Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have experience from defense, aviation, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing industry as well as knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, AQAP, or PPAP.
