About the Position As a Junior Legal & Compliance Associate, you will become an important part of Enginio's continued growth journey. You will work closely with the CFO, management, and the rest of the organization to support the company on legal and compliance-related matters. This is a role for you who is at the beginning of your career and wants to develop within commercial law, GDPR, and compliance in an international tech environment. Perhaps you have recently graduated, or you have had a year or a couple of years of experience in a legal role and are now ready for the next step. You will work broadly with legal matters that arise in the business and provide support to, among others, the Customer Success, sales, and management teams. At the same time, you will collaborate closely with external legal advisors in more complex specialized areas, which gives you good opportunities to develop and gradually take on greater responsibility. Your main areas of responsibility: - Support the business with legal and compliance-related matters. - Review, draft, and manage commercial agreements. - Contribute to work on GDPR, data protection, and regulatory compliance. - Coordinate legal matters together with external legal advisors. - Contribute to the development of internal processes, policies, and contract templates. - Support the business with legal matters related to new markets and business opportunities. We are looking for you who: - Have a law degree (jur.kand.) or equivalent. - Have an interest in commercial law, contract law, GDPR, and data protection. - Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - It is a merit if you have work experience from a legal role. - It is also a merit if you have experience from the SaaS, tech, or fintech industry.
