We are now seeking a Project Manager for a long-term consulting assignment with one of our partners in Gothenburg. You will become part of a larger establishment project where you will play a key role in coordinating and driving activities, with a particular focus on material supply and supply chain. About the Role Our partner is facing a major establishment ahead of the start of a new long-term maintenance agreement. The new agreement involves a broader scope and greater responsibility for, among other things, materials and components, which requires preparations across several parts of the operations. As Project Manager, you will be part of the establishment project and work closely with the existing project management. You will have a broad and hands-on role where you drive and follow up on activities, with a particular focus on material supply. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, materials planning, warehouse, and supply chain. Your role will be to create structure, coordinate between different functions, and help drive the work forward. In certain areas, you will also dive deeper into, for example, material documentation, specifications, and planning. Initially, the focus will be heavily on material preparations and components with longer lead times. The role will develop as the project progresses and may also include other parts of the establishment. In summary, you will, among other things: Drive and follow up on activities within the establishment project. Coordinate between engineering, procurement, materials planning, warehouse, and supply chain. Work on issues related to materials and material supply. Follow up on activities and documentation against the project timeline. Dive into documentation and issues to help move the work forward. Collaborate with different parts of the organization and external stakeholders. About You We are looking for someone with experience from a role where you have worked with coordination, planning, and many different stakeholders. Your background could, for example, be from supply chain, materials planning, material supply, procurement, logistics, project work, or technical operations. What matters is not what your previous title was, but that you are used to taking responsibility for your areas, creating structure, and driving activities forward together with others. You thrive at the intersection between different functions and find it easy to dive into details while understanding how they impact the bigger picture. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within industrial, technical, or production-related operations. Have experience in material supply, supply chain, materials planning, procurement, or a related field. Have experience coordinating activities between multiple functions and stakeholders. Are accustomed to independently driving and following up on activities against a timeline. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. About the Position This is a consulting assignment initially for 15 months where you will be employed by us at OIO.
