At HusmanHagberg Östersund, we have spent recent years building a strong team, creating clear results, and establishing a way of working characterized by high engagement, quality, and genuinely excellent customer relationships. Now it's Åre's turn. We're looking for a real estate agent who is excited about the opportunity to be there from the beginning. You'll have the chance to help establish HusmanHagberg in one of Sweden's most exciting residential markets, while having the security, experience, and support of an established team in Östersund behind you. This means you get the opportunity to build something new without having to do it alone. From day one, we're behind you as a team with experience, structure, marketing, and support in your daily work. You'll have the opportunities that come with a new venture, but with the security of an already established business behind you. Who Are We Looking For? We believe you're a person with drive, ambition, and a lot of initiative. You enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear, and you thrive in a role where you can influence both your own daily work and the company's development. You're self-driven, social, and business-minded, but above all genuinely engaged with people. For you, real estate brokerage isn't just about facilitating property sales. You want to build relationships, create trust, and be with the customer throughout their entire home journey. We also believe you're curious and creative and like to come up with your own ideas about how we can increase our visibility, develop, and gain market share locally. You don't need to come to us with all the answers. What matters is that you have the will, energy, and ambition to create something really great together with us. What Do We Offer? With us, you won't be just another person in the crowd. You'll be an important part of our venture in Åre and have great opportunities to influence how we develop the business. Behind you, you'll have an engaged team in Östersund with a fast pace, close collaboration, and a culture where we help each other succeed. You'll help shape our venture in Åre from the start, with the security of an established team behind you. At the same time, you'll have plenty of room to take your own initiatives, make an impact, and put your own mark on how we build HusmanHagberg in Åre. We actively work with marketing, customer relationships, and business development, and we're not afraid to test new ideas when we think they can make us better. Åre – The Next Chapter! Åre is a unique market with high expectations, strong appeal, and customers from across Sweden. It demands quality, availability, and business acumen – exactly the kind of market we want to operate in. Our ambition is clear: we're going to build a strong and long-term position in Åre. Now we're looking for you to do it together with us. Are you a registered real estate agent? Or are you about to finish your education? Get in touch. We'd be happy to have a first, completely informal conversation and tell you more about the venture, the team, and the opportunities in Åre. We look forward to hearing from you!
