WORK RESPONSIBILITIES • Support families in meal situations by participating in educational meals through meal support • Responsible for and participate in family conversations and group conversations • Responsible for and participate in the treatment process for families in family daycare as well as certain outpatient care • Plan, implement, and document interventions in our journal system cosmic • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and treatment conferences • Contribute to operational development and quality assurance Some kitchen duties are included in the position. You need to be flexible with working hours, as the work requires us to be on-site from the morning for, among other things, meal preparation. You will work closely with other team members and colleagues in the operation and inpatient care. We ensure quality of care through weekly treatment conferences and external supervision once a month. QUALIFICATIONS Higher education or training that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in treatment work with children/youth and/or families is a requirement. Experience working with children/young people and/or families. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, where we value commitment, collaborative ability, and flexibility.
