Guest Service Associate | On-Call Position

About the Role As a Guest Service team member, you are an important part of our guests' experience. You help them plan, book, and get the most out of their stay with us. Your main responsibilities include: • Assist and guide guests via phone, email, chat, and social media. • Sell and book accommodations, lift passes, activities, and other products. • Answer questions before, during, and after the guest's stay. • Handle changes, cancellations, and other guest inquiries. • Collaborate with our facilities to find solutions and provide the best possible service. • Work in our booking system R360 and other administrative systems. The phone is our most important work tool, so it's important that you enjoy talking with people, listening to their needs, and providing a safe and engaged service experience. The position includes day and evening work, as well as weekends, and it's important that you are flexible and solution-oriented. Since this is an on-call position, you should be able to work at least one day per week. Who Are You?
