Home Hotel Plaza in Karlstad is looking for someone with expertise in service, a passion for food and beverage, and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our dynamic team—people who want to contribute to memorable guest interactions. We value your enthusiasm, creativity, and eagerness to learn, more than specific experience. What you will do: Provide attentive and friendly service, answer guest questions or concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain good communication with your direct manager and the rest of the team. This is a permanent position at 50% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires work on varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will succeed if you are: Experienced in restaurant or banquet service. Flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating fantastic experiences. A good communicator with attention to detail. Comfortable multitasking and handling stress. Bonus points for: The ability to turn challenges into opportunities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high standards even when things get tough.
