M&A Manager
Aspia is looking for an M&A Manager to join Group Business Development and help drive our continued growth across the Nordic region. This is a hands on role in a lean M&A team, with broad responsibility across the entire transaction process. You will work on platform investments, add on acquisitions and selected divestments, from identifying opportunities and developing the investment case to due diligence, negotiation and completion. You will report to the Group Head of M&A and work closely with Aspia's Group Management Team, Country Managers and other senior stakeholders across the business. Experience from business services, such as accounting, payroll, tax, audit, consulting or adjacent sectors, is also valuable but not a requirement. You are likely someone who enjoys taking ownership, works well at pace and is comfortable moving between detailed analysis and senior discussions. You are commercially minded, pragmatic and motivated by getting deals done, not simply analyzing them. You are able to drive complex processes with a high degree of independence and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
