Together with our client, we are now seeking a Global Distribution Coordinator to join a dedicated team of 12 people. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring that the company's logistics flow runs smoothly and that products are delivered on time, with correct documentation, and in proper condition. About the Role You will become part of Global Supply Chain Operations and be responsible for our client's distribution operations via their central warehouse in the Netherlands and 18 local warehouses in Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia. Key Responsibilities - Coordinating customer orders: receiving orders, batch reservation, activation of picking and packing at warehouses, booking transportation, creating export/import documentation, tracking shipments, managing returns, problem-solving, and invoicing. - Qualifying and setting up new customers - Monthly reconciliation of sales and inventory - Continuous process improvement work to ensure robustness and future growth - Managing pre-wholesale and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) - Quality assurance work (deviations, CAPA, quality plans, alerts regarding serial numbers) What We're Looking For - Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, export administration, or business economics - Previous documented work experience in logistics and/or customer service, with experience from the pharmaceutical industry being a plus but not required - Experience working in business systems (ERP), MS Office, and Microsoft Teams - Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written; other languages are meriting - Prior experience with GDP (Good Distribution Practice), financial and trade-specific regulatory compliance is meriting (internal training is provided) We place great emphasis on personal qualities, as the client values the team's collaboration and well-being highly.
