About the Position As a Career Manager, you're responsible for the entire delivery process: from creating job profiles, conducting searches, interviews, presenting candidates, placement, and finally follow-up. To find the right employees, we work almost exclusively with search. This is fun and challenging—and you must enjoy it too. We also work in dialogue with candidates in IT and Tech to find their next right employer in their career. Candidates essentially outsource their job search to us. You will, for example: Plan and drive your recruitment processes from start to finish Nurture candidate and client relationships through close collaboration and relationship-building Identify new needs with existing clients and contribute to improving our processes Follow up on ongoing placements with clients and consultants to ensure satisfaction, development, and a good work environment This role is perfect for you if you love being challenged and want to work in a business-focused role with great opportunities to influence your own development.
