We are looking for an engaged and driven childcare provider Workplace Description We are a small unit located in Vasastan in central Stockholm. Förskolan Strutsen is a staff cooperative run by engaged and curious educators with high ambitions. The educators have significant influence over operations and all decisions are close to the activities. We constantly strive to offer all children a challenging and stimulating environment. The preschool has 60 children distributed across three child groups. We use these three groups as a base when dividing children into smaller project groups that we work with for most of the day. We always strive to offer both children and educators a good work environment and for educators to be responsible for as few children as possible. It is 4 or 5 children per educator depending on the child's age. Operations are conducted in beautiful, spacious facilities of 650 square meters with large windows and outdoors, children have access to a playground directly adjacent to the preschool, which provides opportunities for fantastic pedagogical activities. Our cook prepares meals from scratch with a large proportion of organic ingredients. The preschool has excellent results in both user surveys and Stockholm City's quality indicators that we use in our systematic quality work.
