Vanadisskolan is an F-9 school where instruction is adapted for students with neurodevelopmental variations. The school's premises are located on Idungatan in central Stockholm, which gives us the opportunity to utilize the outdoor environment and take part in the cultural offerings in the area. Individ och familjeinsatser (IOFI) AB, which is the principal, also offers high-quality outpatient services to youth and families. The adapted primary school houses school and leisure/KTT in the same premises. The school conducts systematic development work and we are currently focusing on effective, meaningful and varied instruction. We need someone who possesses knowledge of, among other things, autism and intellectual disabilities. You have work experience from previous work in adapted primary school and working with students at an early developmental level. You should be confident and clear in your leadership, have a view of students that aligns with the school's core values, and have good knowledge of the school's governing documents. Qualifications - You have completed post-secondary education and education and/or experience relevant to the position. - Previous experience working in adapted primary school. - Education/experience in autism. - Experience working with AAC, such as picture and sign support. - Previous experience with severe behavioral problems. Previous experience in LSS is a merit. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. The position requires good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Background check required upon employment offer within preschool, preschool class, after-school center, primary school, adapted primary school and other educational activities according to the School Act (2010:800, ch. 2 §§ 31-33).
