In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: structure, produce, and quality assure technical publications according to S1000D develop and maintain system descriptions, user instructions, maintenance information, assembly instructions, and spare parts information collect, analyze, and verify technical documentation together with designers, systems engineers, subject matter experts, and ILS specialists review deliverables against project-specific customer requirements, applicable standards, and established terminology contribute to the development of work methods, templates, and processes as well as improved quality and reuse of information Work is carried out both independently and in teams, either on-site at the customer or from our office in Alvik. Your base will be Stockholm, with assignments primarily in the region, but hybrid work with other parts of the country is also possible. Our customers are mainly in the defense industry and with FMV, but assignments may also occur in other high-tech and regulated industries. We're Looking for You with several years of practical experience creating, structuring, or managing technical information according to S1000D who have worked with technical information in the defense industry, aviation, marine operations, automotive, or other technically complex and regulated environments who can interpret technical documentation and translate information from technical experts into clear, consistent, and usable documentation who express yourself very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing who work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, take responsibility for quality, and enjoy collaborating and guiding others as well as building new relationships It's a plus if you have experience with ASD-STE100, ILS, maintenance planning, terminology within the Swedish Armed Forces, FMV, or the defense industry. Relevant technical education, military background, or experience developing work methods and expertise in technical writing is also advantageous.
