Are you an experienced and solution-oriented maintenance technician who enjoys working hands-on and keeping production running? We are now looking for an experienced maintenance technician at ARYZTA, an international bakery group with operations in several countries and a strong position in convenience bakery. ARYZTA produces bread, breakfast products, and savory bakery items for customers in grocery retail, foodservice, and quick-service restaurant chains. In Sweden, ARYZTA has production facilities in Vårby and Malmö, where large-scale industrial bakery production takes place. The bakeries produce, among other things, bread for well-known customers in the restaurant and foodservice sector, which demands high standards for quality, capacity, and operational reliability. About the Role As a maintenance technician, you will be an important part of production and responsible for ensuring that production equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will work on both preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance when problems occur. The role is practical and varied, where you work close to production and get the opportunity to solve technical problems ranging from individual components to larger production lines. The goal is to minimize downtime and ensure stable and efficient production. We Are Looking For Someone With At least 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician or industrial mechanic in manufacturing Strong knowledge of mechanics and industrial troubleshooting Experience with both preventive and corrective maintenance Experience working with production machinery and technical equipment Good understanding of pneumatics and mechanical drive systems A strong technical interest and a clear hands-on mentality Ability to independently identify problems and find effective solutions It is advantageous if you also have experience with electrical work, automation, hydraulics, welding, or machining. As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a practical role where you can use your technical expertise and enjoy solving problems when they arise. You work well with others but are equally comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility. You are flexible and understand that maintenance in production sometimes requires work at different times and that production needs to run 24/7.
