If the answer is YES to the above questions, keep reading! We are looking for you to work part-time alongside your primary occupation. Job Description The job description can vary depending on the assignment. Historically, we have used our QRF for tasks such as: Security and usher services at concerts. Safety at sporting events. Staffing at industrial facilities during unexpected production peaks. Covering short-term sick leave for customers. Construction of stages, tents, and similar tasks. Assisting experienced personnel at customer sites who need support for any reason. MW Group's QRF is typically contacted with relatively short notice via email, phone call, or SMS. As a QRF member, you will decide whether you can work at the specified times. About You We are looking for you to work part-time alongside your primary occupation. You will be part of a workforce that may be contacted when MW Group receives temporary assignments requiring quick staffing, as well as planned operations that require larger personnel volumes over shorter periods. You are an individual who is service-minded, solution-oriented, and humble. You can conduct yourself in social settings, are a team player who understands that all tasks, regardless of size, are important parts of a whole. You take responsibility for assigned tasks and take pride in always delivering that little extra. Formal Requirements Trained within the Swedish Armed Forces (minimum military service or GMU). Passed background check. Since this is a part-time job, you must have another primary occupation or be in studies for at least 50%. Meritorious It is an advantage to have engagement within the Swedish Armed Forces. You are residing in the Stockholm area.
