Do you want to work with cybersecurity for some of Sweden's most security-critical operations while contributing to a safer society? We are looking for experienced professionals for our Executive Advisory unit who want to combine strategic leadership, business development, and advanced cybersecurity in assignments that truly impact Sweden's security. Your role as senior cybersecurity expert For us, cybersecurity is not just technology—it is a crucial part of the country's total defense. In this role, you will become a key person in protecting and developing society-critical operations, while also driving business and building long-term partnerships with our customers. In your role as senior consultant within Executive Advisory, you will be both an expert and a business-driven leader. You will be part of a small unit consisting of senior generalists with strong expertise in cybersecurity, as well as in areas such as security protection, strategic analysis, business development, and management. You will have the freedom to shape your role, influence our services, and build long-term partnerships based on your experience and competency profile. You will drive your own customer business from first contact to value-creating delivery and work actively to identify and develop new business opportunities, both with existing and new customers. Your responsibilities also include securing utilization for yourself and your colleagues through proactive work. In your daily work, you will lead and support customers in designing and implementing their cybersecurity efforts, provide advice to decision-makers on current state assessments, risk evaluations, strategy formulation, and how cybersecurity links to operational objectives and business value. You will drive and participate in complex projects for customers with high security requirements. In this role, you will work closely with our most important customers in sectors such as defense, industry, finance, energy, and infrastructure—actors that are crucial to the country's defense and societal security. Your work is central to integrating cybersecurity with customers' operational objectives and business strategies. You will also collaborate with other units at Combitech to create and deliver comprehensive solutions for our customers. We are looking for you We are looking for someone who combines deep cybersecurity expertise with business acumen and leadership. We believe you have at least ten years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably from society-critical operations, as well as documented experience in business development and customer responsibility. You thrive working as a full-time consultant and have the ability to independently drive work, take initiative, and deliver results. The role also requires experience leading teams and driving complex projects, as well as the ability to balance technology and operational understanding. You build relationships with ease and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. A social, humble, and unpretentious approach to collaboration is self-evident for you. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCP, etc., and experience with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, CMMC are advantageous. Previous roles as CISO, CIO, CSO, or management consultant within cyber are also particularly interesting. The placement location is primarily Stockholm or Linköping, but other locations may be relevant for the right candidate. As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must complete and be approved in a security clearance with record check. Selection is ongoing. We look forward to your application!
