Division Mission The Procurement and Market Division is responsible for purchasing and supply matters with a focus on developing business acumen and control over our supplier market within all procurement categories and external supply chains. What you'll do with us As a CRM and Marketing Specialist, you'll become an important part of our CRM team and work cross-functionally and broadly with multiple departments in the organization. You're responsible for developing and optimizing how CRM is used in marketing work – from segmentation and automated customer journeys to campaigns, analysis, and follow-up. You will lead, plan, and conduct both larger and smaller exercise projects. This can include the agency's own tabletop exercises, simulation exercises, and field exercises, as well as serving as a local exercise leader when PTS participates in exercises with other actors. You will work together with PTS exercise coordinators, who are responsible for developing and maintaining the agency's work with training and exercises in the preparedness area.
